I’m passionate about people both personally and professional, I love being around people from all different backgrounds and I find people seem to be drawn to me with my laid back calm attitude.
What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
My mouth and my ears. I’m a really good listener which is ideal in a customer service role, and because I connect so well, I can help with their solutions where needed. I also have an eye for detail and with my role working with detailed and formula spreadsheets I’m able to pick up on details very quickly.
What are you surprisingly good at?
Poetry – Words come quite easy to me!
What’s the most inspiring parts of your job?
Knowing that in this line of work, you are helping people. Looking after their equipment and ultimately helps with the people that they support and I’m really proud of that fact.
What would you do in a job, even if you didn’t get paid for it?
I was a massive sports person when I was younger, so I would definitely be a sportsman, probably a cricketer.
What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do?
I’ve been really good in a sales role, because of the way I connect with people and remember small things about them. It’s ultimately that connection.
How long have you been working in your field, but not here, but in the field of what you do?
About 20 years
What’s your biggest accomplishment?
In one of my past customer relationship manager roles, I introduced a customer satisfaction survey to truly understand what the customer sales experience with the company was like. It was a huge eye opener for the company and something I am really proud of initiating on how important customer service is in any industry you are working with.
What challenges or problems do you constantly solve for our customers?
I’m great at record keeping and coordinating effectively so I ensure that our customers compliancy is always adhered to with their servicing requirements.
What are you complimented on most in your work?
My promptness. I’m always clear and concise in my emails of every step required.
If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be?

There’s a body in the boot of your car, out of those three celebrities, who do you ask for help, and why?
Paul Gascoigne – I imagine he’s been in all sorts of scrapes over the years and is well versed in getting out of trouble. Plus, he’s played football in Rome, so probably has links to the Italian Mafia who could help also!
You’re on trial in Thailand. Who do you choose to be your defence lawyer and why?
Brian Clough – He was a real character and if he couldn’t charm the Jury to acquit me, he would demand it, and who would argue with Mr Clough?!!
