If so, we would like you to know that we understand the challenges that you face and that you’re not alone. You may feel overwhelmed, frustrated, exhausted and you don’t know where to turn for help and support.
Through our retail division Hcsuk Mobility, we have been helping people just like you to care for their loved ones, for over 30 years, by providing a friendly face, a listening ear, trusted advice and daily living aids to make life easier.
Our MD Jo Bonser, and other team members have very personal experience too, having helped to take care and support parents with a diagnosis of dementia, and other conditions, at home, for over 6 years.
Jo made it her mission to research the best solutions to improve and enhance the quality of her Mum’s life at home, and understands and can empathise with the challenges which you face.
Jo tells us:
‘Knowing where to turn to for help and advice and who to trust can be daunting when people are on a journey of caring for loved ones at home. When you can speak to people who have experience of what you’re facing, it can be very helpful and comforting. As a family we were able to achieve some amazing results with my Mum which greatly improved her quality of life, and now I want to share this, in a positive way with others, who are caring for loved ones at home, to enable them to experience more independent and dignified lives’.
