Meet Your New Field Service Engineer - Phil!

We would like to officially welcome, Phil Cotton, our new field service engineer, to our team, and also to introduce him to you. Phil joins us with 3 years experience in the mobility industry and has already helped to make changes in the business with his thorough and helpful approach. Phil has also been one of the first members of the team to complete the Disability Confidence Course, run in conjunction with the Warrington Disability Partnership, (more on that in another post!)

When he’s not at work Phil enjoys getting out on his motorbike, scuba diving and is a king of karaoke!


We asked Phil to give us his initial thoughts about joining our team and here’s what he had to say,

“Since recently joining HCSUK and their dedicated team, I’m pleased to report that I am settling into the role well and looking forward to strengthening the company’s lists of services offered.

It’s good to be now working alongside a group of people that are as customer focused as myself and are all working in the same direction, striving to give a first class service to one and all of our many clients and I hope to be adding to that number in time by bringing along my varied experience in the powered mobility chairs and scooter sector with their servicing and repairs as and when required.
