Due to Covid-19 restrictions, our mobility shop is closed for onsite purchasing, however you can still place orders through our website portal or via click and collect. 

Refund Policy

Refunds in full will be given on receipt of returned products within 7 days providing the terms laid out in the returns policy are met (please see below). ‘The Company’ reserves the right not to refund carriage paid on orders sent via domestic carrier service.

Return of Goods

We will accept the return of goods only:

a)      By prior arrangement (quoting ‘The Company’s’ original invoice or order number)

b)      On payment of an agreed handling charge (Unless the goods were defective when delivered) if the reason for return was not of ‘The Company’s’ causing.

c)      Where the goods are as fit for sale on their return as they were on delivery (in original packaging and undamaged)

d)      Within 21 days of delivery (work wear within 14 days)
