Truly exceptional levels of customer service, the best I have experienced for many years. Very helpful staff made follow up calls to ask how the equipment was performing and supplied extra user instructions to supplement the manufacturers manual. I’m very pleased with the team at Hcsuk, very happy. Becky is an enormous laugh she really makes me laugh every time I phone up. Rachel, is ON IT, she helps me every single problem that I’ve got. Phil is a pleasure to know and work with, we have a great laugh together. All in all an absolutely brilliant team, really good team. I’ve had some people I’ve worked with and these are by far the best ever. They’re very pleasant and always happy to help with anything, I’m well pleased with them.

'Our resident is really comfortable on his mattress, used to be quite restless and getting up a lot in the night but is now sleeping really well. The mattress profiles with the bed really well, it's wipeable and easy to clean, our resident was getting red marks but hasn't has any since being on this mattress.'
